First Course

Mixed Green Salad – Tossed with house champagne-dijon vinaigrette, topped with diced tomatoes, julienne carrots and daikon
Chicken Tortilla Soup – Pulled rotisserie chicken, crispy tortilla strips, avocado and queso fresco

Second Course

Mini Chicken Pot Pie – Rotisserie pulled chicken in a rich country gravy with vegetables under a flaky pastry crust

Third Course

Butternut Squash Lasagna – Pasta sheets layered with butternut squash, baby spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese finished with a spicy tomato sauce
Top Sirloin Beef Steak – Hardwood grilled over mesquite and oak, served with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus
Maple Cured Salmon – Hardwood grilled and served atop a red quinoa rice blend and sauteed spinach, finished with a mild ancho chili-pecan glaze
